2. Career Discovery & Planning Workshops : We help youth explore different career options through assessments, guest speaker sessions, field visits, and hands-on activities. From identifying their strengths to setting realistic goals, our workshops give students clarity and direction.
3. Resume Building & Interview Prep : Our expert trainers guide students in crafting impactful resumes, writing professional emails, and preparing for interviews through mock sessions. This helps boost their confidence and improves placement success.
4. Soft Skills & Professional Etiquette : We place strong emphasis on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence—qualities that employers value just as much as technical expertise.
5. Internships & Industry Exposure : We partner with businesses and startups to offer real-world internship opportunities. This hands-on experience helps learners build their portfolio, understand workplace dynamics, and improve job readiness.
